The Awesome Foxit Reader
Foxit Reader is a free PDF reader that blows Acrobat out of the water.
The download is tiny, requires no installation, loads super quickly and even works inside IE.
If you're tired of your browser hanging when you click on a link to a PDF, you really should try this alternative. All you have to do is download the zip, copy the contents (1 exe file) to a sensible directory and the first time you run the exe it will ask if you want to use it as the default viewer for PDF documents.

The only complaint I have with Foxit:
It doesn't support the new 3D modeling that Acrobat 7 has. (only a problem if you need the 3D modeling).
I spoke to them about it, and it won't be supported in the near future. But for all other PDF's, it is easy to use and FAST!
